Returns and Exchange
Customer satisfaction is our No.1 priority. Please carefully read product descriptions to avoid disappointment.
We can exchange goods if they are defective. In circumstances where you
consider that a product is defective, you should promptly fill in the
RMA form with details of the product and the defect. We will notify you
via e-mail with authorization and return address. Once authorized, you
can send the defective product to the address provided. Upon receipt of
the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via
e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a
replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will
send you a replacement product or refund.
1. Any physical damage on the part will void the warranty and cannot be exchanged.
2. All returns must be in its original condition including stickers and protective packaging.
Exceptions
All accessories are not covered under warranty and are final sale (Defective items except).
Shipping
Shipping
charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are
responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Return
shipment must be traceable. We do not guarantee that we will receive
your returned item. For all eligible returns, the shipment of the new
exchanged part will be provided at no cost to you. For any unauthorized
or physically damaged product, any shipment charges will not be covered
by us.
